Our Fee structure is simple
Engagement Fee
There are no hidden charges or fees for our Clients or Resource Consultants. We simply
charge an hourly/daily fee for resources hired for temporary, temp-to-perm., and consulting
engagements. We base our fees on the experience level of the individual(s) provided, the
volume and length of engagements, and market conditions. This approach can save you
money in your budget since we negotiate on an ongoing basis to get the best rates from our
portfolio of Resource Consultants.
Placement Fee
Again, no hidden costs, and no contracts to sign to start the process. You only pay if you
hire one of our candidates. If you decide to hire one of our Resource Consultants within
the next year, we receive a placement fee as low as 12% of the first years salary for
most Junior, Mid, and Senior level hires. Compare this to the time, effort, cost and
uncertainty involved in the selection process, and to the fees other firms charge, and
you'll understand the value in our service.
